Known for his signature French Caribbean Fusion Cuisine, Chef Beckford has built a respected reputation for combining refined French culinary techniques with bold Caribbean flavors, local ingredients, and modern gastronomy principles. His culinary philosophy is deeply rooted in authenticity, sustainability, cultural storytelling, and elevated hospitality experiences that respect Caribbean identity while meeting international culinary standards.

Chef Beckford played a key leadership role in spearheading the opening and culinary development of the renowned Moon Dance Cliffs in Jamaica, helping shape its culinary direction and guest dining experience during its formative stages. He also served as the personal chef to legendary heavyweight boxing champion Lennox Lewis, further establishing his profile within international culinary circles.

His culinary leadership later guided Pastime Beach Resort toward international culinary recognition through his innovative French Caribbean Fusion cuisine and hospitality approach. Chef Beckford has received international recognition for gastronomy excellence and has become a featured culinary headliner across numerous food festivals, tourism showcases, and hospitality events throughout North America and the Caribbean.

For more than five years, he successfully led healthcare dietary departments responsible for clinical nutrition operations, food production systems, patient meal services, food safety compliance, and institutional nutrition management.

Chef Beckford is a proud member of the Canadian Chef Alliance and the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management, reflecting his commitment to culinary professionalism, nutrition leadership, and operational excellence.

His educational background combines culinary arts, leadership, hospitality management, and nutrition sciences, including:
